20 x 30 Frame Tent Package includes seating for 48 guests. Comes with 6- 60" round tables and 48 white folding chairs.
Price includes setup on grass, setup on hard surface such as asphalt, concrete, pavers or deck may require concrete weights for anchoring at an additional cost of $50 per leg.

Window sidewalls (10') Chair (indoor/outdoor) White These are used chairs that mostly rent outdoors and may have some scratches from normal use and also some minor stains but are fully functional.
When renting chairs for an indoor party we recommend our indoor only chairs. These are our newest chairs that do not rent outdoors.
Chair setup not included with chair rental.
Concrete weights Price is for 1- 320lb concrete weight (minimum needed for 20 x 20 tent or smaller is 4). These are used when we cannot anchor into the ground using stakes.
