INFLATABLE RENTALS for corporate, school, church, camp, or any non-backyard party, a damage waiver is mandatory with your order.
FOR INFLATABLE RENTALS, if you need an inflatable outside of our rental time window, please contact us. All inflatable rentals will be setup by your scheduled time slot but may be setup earlier and picked up later than your scheduled pick-up time at no additional charge to you. We will contact you the night before your delivery with an estimated delivery window.

ALL TENT RENTALS will be delivered up to 3 days before your event date and picked up, up to 3 days after your event date. We will contact you at least 1 day prior to your install date. If you need a specific install date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we can't guarantee it. If you need same day delivery or setup on tents you will need to contact us in advance for approval. (additional delivery fees may apply)

If you have sprinklers or underground utilities, please mark them out before our arrival. We are not responsible for any damage to underground utilities or sprinklers.
Please make sure pets are secured during setup and the setup area is clear of any animal feces or obstacles that would delay our setup.
